Historical Context
One of America’s most famous brands, this company has a long tradition of manufacturing quality products. A brief history is provided below.
1851 - Robert Knight began producing textiles by purchasing a mill in Warwick, Rhode Island.
1856 - The name "Fruit of the Loom" is adopted and labels are adhered to bolts of fabric produced by B.B. & R. Knight Corporation.
1871 - "Fruit of the Loom" is registered as a trademark in the United States Patent office (#418) one year after passage of the first trademark law by Congress.
1875 - The arrangement of three fruits -- an apple, a pear and a cluster of grapes -- is adopted for a Fruit of the Loom label.
1893 - The arrangement of the fruit in the logo as seen today, with an apple, grapes, gooseberries and a cluster of leaves, is prepared for the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago.
1926 - Jacob Goldfarb began the Union Underwear Company in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Company produced only the pajama check nainsook "unionsuit".
1938 - The Consolidated Textiles Corporation contracted exclusive licensing rights for men's and boys' underwear on the Fruit of the Loom trademark from B.B. & R. Knight Corporation, a popular label already steeped with consumer confidence.
1975 - High visibility ads used "Fruit of the Loom Guys" to stress quality and comfort.
1976 - Fruit of the Loom Inc. purchased the 'BVD' brand for men's and boys' underwear.
1978 - The company launched Underoos® -- a line of decorated children's underwear that quickly became an important product line.
1980 - New operating headquarters opened in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
1983 - The company entered the ladies underwear market.
1985 - Fruit of the Loom was acquired by Farley, Inc.

No. All of the pieces we sell are either canceled or obsolete and have collectible value only.

It depends. We try to present images of the exact piece you will receive whenever possible. However, when we are offering quantities of a piece, this is impossible. Within every product page we detail whether or not you will be receiving the exact certificate listed, or if the image is a representative example of the one you will receive.
How will you ship my order and how much do you charge?
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service. Most domestic orders are shipped via Ground Advantage. USPS International, Priority and Express Mail, UPS and DHL services are also available, and costs are calculated during checkout. Current charges may be reviewed here.
Can I return my purchase?
Absolutely. You may return any merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.
We guarantee all of our pieces to be authentic. If you ever determine that a piece is not authentic, it may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price as well as any associated shipping charges.

If your order exceeds $35, and the shipping address is within the United States, shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is FREE!
We make every effort to ship out all orders within 24 hours of receipt.
We ship the majority of orders via the USPS, with domestic orders using the Ground Advantage service.
Shipping is calculated during checkout. Upgraded services such as Priority and Express Mail, as well as UPS and DHL options, are also available.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive your tracking information via email.
