The Tire Mileage Recording Device Company was incorporated in California on June 6, 1910. The company was based in Oakland.
While the company name provides a glimpse as to what they may have wanted to manufacture, there is no evidence the company reached the production stage.
The company's charter was forfeited later in 1910.
