The Eastbrook Company operated a factory in Gardiner, Massachusetts, and was a subsidiary of the Oxford Linen Company of North Brookfield, Massachusetts. The company was incorporated in Maine.
The company manufactured a special fiber by the Oxford processes for supply to textile mills. The fibre was used as a mixture with wool in the manufacture of clothing and underwear, and was considered to have great strength and durability.
Certificates carry no value on any of today's financial indexes and no transfer of ownership is implied. All items offered are collectible in nature only. So, you can frame them, but you can't cash them in!
