Chart House Enterprises operated a chain of seafood restaurants called Chart House Restaurants. The company was acquired by Landry's in 2002, and the Chart House restaurants are now part of the Landry's portfolio. The first Chart House restaurant was founded in 1961 by Joey Cabell and Buzzy Bent.
The first Chart House restaurant opened as a steak house in Aspen, Colorado, on the Fourth of July, 1961.
