Historical Context
The Pittsburgh-Jerome Copper Company was incorporated in 1904 in Arizona.
The company owned 21 claims, covering 387 acres, lying two to three miles south of Jerome, northwest of the Black Hills property, and about midway between the United Verde and Equator mines.
