The Pepsi-Cola Puerto Rico Bottling Company was the Puerto Rican bottling arm for soda giant Pepsi-Cola.
In 1996, the company discovered "accounting irregularities," that resulted in the company reporting fictitious profits - when actually the company was operating at a loss. The problems led to the resignation of the company's chairman and director and caused the company stock price to drop 19% in one day.
Great piece of Pepsi memorabilia.
