The company controlled, through ownership of securities, the Citizens’ Light, Heat & Power Company of Pennsylvania, (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), the Johnstown Fuel Supply Company (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), the Penn Electric Service Company (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), the Penn Public Service Company (Clearfield, Pennsylvania), and the Centre & Clearfield Railway Company (Philipsburg, Pennsylvania).
