Intricately engraved antique bond certificate from the state of New York dating back to the 1860's. This document, which is signed by a State Comptroller, was printed by the National Bank Note Company, and measures approximately 11 1/2" (w) by 7" (h).
This certificate features a vignette of an allegorical female figure (Liberty) with an eagle, shield, and fruits and grains.
