Beautifully engraved antique bond certificate from the state of New York dating back to the 1860's. This document, which is signed by the State Comptroller, was printed by the National Bank Note Company and measures approximately 15" (w) by 18" (h) - including three complete rows of coupons at the bottom margin.
This certificate features a four stunning vignettes. The New York State Seal appears at the top center of the piece, while a trio of female allegorical figures adorns the left and right sides and the bottom center.
