The New London Steamboat Company was established in 1882 and operated between New London, Connecticut, and Watch Hill and Block Island, Rhode Island.
It was purchased by the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad’s consolidated New England Navigation Company in 1904.
The company's ships included the Mohawk and the Block Island.
