The New Jersey Steel Company was organized in New Jersey in 1903 as a reorganization of the Uniform Steel Company. The company's plant was located in Rahway on a branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
The company, which was a subsidiary of the American Finance & Securities Company, was dissolved in 1913.
