Historical Context
The Miami Consolidated Mines Company was incorporated in Arizona in 1916.
The company owned about 1,200 acres south of and adjoining the Inspiration Consolidated, Southwestern Miami, and Inspiration Needles properties at Miami, Arizona.
There was never any production from the company and it was idle and presumed a mining scam. Harry Lefkovitz was the promoter of the Miami Consolidated and ended up in jail in for stock fraud.
