Historical Context
The Luna Gyroplane Company was incorporated in Ohio in 1920 and was based in Cleveland.
The Luna Gyroplane was an amusement park attraction at Luna Park, Coney Island, described in a 1916 newspaper as a "sublimated aerial swing."
Since this company was incorporated in 1920, it was probably formed to either mass produce the ride for sale to amusement parks, or was an attempt to seize on the Luna Gyroplane name. The Ohio business registry did indicate that the company produced "amusement devices."
