The Lehigh Valley Traction Company was incorporated in 1899 as a successor to the Allentown & Lehigh Valley Traction Company. The company operated lines in Allentown and Bethlehem, and was probably best known for its Liberty Bell Line - which ran from Allentown to Philadelphia.
In 1905, the company became part of the newly formed Lehigh Valley Transit Company.
