The La Zacualpa-Hidalgo Rubber Company was formed as a consolidation of the La Zacualpa Rubber Plantation Company, the Hidalgo Plantation Company and the Commercial Company.
The new company, organized under Nevada law on August 24, 1914, took over the rubber acreage of the three plantations.
