The Jack Boy Mining Company was incorporated in California on July 21, 1904.
The company was formed to work the Jack Boy mine at Bailey Flats in Madera County. Bailey Flats was located 10 miles north-northeast of Raymond, California, at an elevation of 1,047 feet.
The company never became commercially viable and its charter was forfeited in 1909.
