Beautifully engraved antique stock certificate from Eversharp, Inc. dating back to the mid 1900's. This document, which contains the printed signatures of the company President and Secretary, was printed by the Security Bank Note Company and measures approximately 11 1/2" (w) by 8" (h).

This company currently exists as Wahl-Eversharp. Wahl-Eversharp was created in 1914 when the Wahl adding machine company bought the Ever-Sharp Pencil Company. They initially only produced mechanical pencils but in 1917 they bought the Boston Fountain Pen Company and began producing fountain pens.
They produced a wide variety of quality pens and pencils until 1957 when the writing instrument division was sold to Parker.
