Nicely engraved antique stock certificate from the Euclid Candy Company of New York, Inc. dating back to the 1930's. This document, which is signed by the company President and Secretary, was printed by the Broun-Green Co. and measures approximately 12" (w) by 8 1/4" (h).

Historical Context
The Euclid Candy Company of New York, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 1929. The Company had had branches in Brooklyn, New York, Chicago and San Francisco.
First placed on the market in the 1920s, the Love Nest Bar had a fudge center surrounded with caramel and Spanish roasted peanuts coated with chocolate.
The company also produced products known as Cowboy, Sunshine Fudge, Jumbo and Dolly Dimple.
