Intricately engraved antique stock certificate from the Reorganized Atlanta Mines Company dating back to the 1910's. This document, which has been signed by the company Vice President and Secretary, was printed by the Mysell Rollins Company and measures approximately 12" (w) by 8 7/8" (h).

The Atlanta Mines Company was incorporated in Arizona on March 3, 1905.
The company owned 74 patented acres at Goldfield, Nevada, including the Atlanta, Black Bear and Union Jack mines, adjoining the Florence on the east and the Goldfield Consolidated, on the north.
In 1912 the company was reorganized and refinanced for deep mine development.
