Beautifully engraved antique stock certificate from the Continental Mines, Power and Reduction Company dating back to the 1910's. This document, which is signed by the company President and Assistan Secretary, was printed by the Denver Litho. Co. and measures approximately 11 1/2" (w) by 8 1/2" (h).

The Continental Mines, Power and Reduction Company was incorporated in Colorado in 1905 and was based in Denver.
As the title implies, the company owned mining, utiltity and mill properties throughout the state. These included the Seemann Tunnel, the Hydro-Electric power plant and the Lomabrd mill.
The Lombard Mine was situated in the northeast corner of Clear Creek County. The property was comprised of 128 miningc laims, most of which were patented.
The company was held by the Seeman Investment and Finance Company.
