Nicely engraved antique stock certificate from the Charles H. Waldron Amusement Company dating back to the 1910's. This document, which is signed by the company President and Treasurer, was printed by the Broun-Green Co. and measures approximately 12" (w) by 8 1/2" (h).

Historical Context
The Charles H. Waldron Amusement Company was incorporated in New York in 1909 to construct and own theatres and present stage productions.
One of the company's properties was the Casino Theatre located at 44 Hanover Street in Boston.
Waldron was a well known producer at the time.
