Nicely engraved specimen stock certificate from Catalina Lighting, Inc. dating back to the late 1900's. This document, which has the printed signatures of the company President and Secretary, was printed by the American Bank Note Company, and measures approximately 12" (w) by 8" (h).
This certificate's great vignette features a stately eagle on a crag.

Catalina’s product line is comprised primarily of table and floor lamps; lighting fixtures, including ceiling, wall, recessed, vanity and track lighting fixtures; emergency and outdoor lighting; and chandeliers, and is sold through a variety of retailers, including the Home Depot.
The company also produces industrial consumables, products for the automotive aftermarket, and train and bus lighting.
