Bombay Palace Restaurants, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware in 1986 and was based in New York.
The company operated a small chain of Indian restaurants and eventually acquired the Beefsteak Charlie's chain. That purchase did not prove to be a good one, as the Beefsteak Charlie's locations were closed after only a couple of year.
The company also owned a modest Mexican restaurant chain known as Zona Rosa.
