Beautifully engraved antique stock certificate from the Anglo American Commercial Corporation dating back to the 1920's. This document, which contains the signatures of a company Vice President and Assistant Secretary, was printed by the Republic Bank Note Company, and measures approximately 11 3/4" (w) by 8 1/4" (h).
This certificate's vignette features a globe flanked by harbor and train yard scenes. Tremendous details!

Historical Context
The Anglo American Commercial Corporation was formed in 1911 as a successor to the River Plate Commercial Corporation. The company was incorporated in New York.
The company exported dry goods, food products, iron and steel, chemicals, motor trucks, automobiles and leather; and imported silks, textiles, Panama hats, glass, beans, cereals and leather.
