Beautifully engraved antique stock certificate from the American Consolidated Mining and Milling Co. dating back to the early 1900's. This document, which is signed by the company President and Treasurer, was printed by Goes and measures approximately 11" (w) by 8 1/4" (h).
This certificate features a trio of mining vignettes at the top - a pair of showcasing miners at work, with a third showing a mountain mining scene. At the bottom is an underprint of allegorical Liberty.

The American Consolidated Mining and Milling Co. was incorporated in Oklahoma in 1905, and had offices in Waco, Texas.
The company had properties on Battle Mountain in Colorado's Cripple Creek mining district.
