StoreScope TV, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on December 6, 1967. The company was a reorganization of a California entity of the same name, and was based on Pennsylvania Avenue in New York City.
The company was engaged in the business of creating and producing television shows designed to serve the advertising and promotional requirements of retail department and chain stores in various localities in the United States; it also produced television commercials which were oriented to advertisement of retail stores and their products.
The company did produce a TV show - called Boutique - which was sponsored by the May Department Store chain and geared to female viewers.
In 1969, the company agreed to merge with Campbell, Silver, Cosby Corp. of Beverly Hills, California. CSC was formed in August 1966 by entertainer Bill Cosby, his personal manager Roy Silver and producer Bruce Campbell. The firm was responsible for the five minute The Bill Cosby Radio Program series and for a half hour Bill Cosby Show for NBC -TV.
CSC also owned Tetragrammation Records and also had interests in animation for television and music publishing.
There is no evidence the merger actually went through.
