The Shelby Tractor and Truck Company was incorporated in Shelby, Ohio in 1918.
The company, which produced a limited line of farm tractors, stayed operational until 1920 - mostly due to a war-time government order for 150,000 shrapnel shells.
However, the company put their assets up for sale later that year and was completely liquidated by 1922.
