Nicely engraved antique stock certificate from the Pondera Milk Products Co. dating back to the 1920's. This document, which is signed by the company Vice President and Secretary, was printed by Goes and measures approximately 11" (w) by 8 1/2" (h).
The vignette features a beautiful, broad view of a farm valley.
The company was organized to produce a variety of dairy products, including butter. The company marketed its butter as "Better Butter" because it used "cream from cows fed on the luscious and nutritious irrigated crops grown on the famous Valier-Montana Irrigation Project in Pondera County and watered by pure mountain streams."
