The Newburgh Plumbing Supply Company was incorporated in New York in 1906 to to manufacture and wholesale plumbing specialties. The incorporators were Henry G. Webb of Mattewan, New York; Nicholas J. Sticklew of New York City; Louis L. Browne, of Mattewan; and Benjamin McClurg and David C. Scott, of Newburgh, New York.
This piece is issued to Webb, and signed by Sticklew and McClurg - as company Secretary and President, respectively.
The company leased the Belknap & McCann property, at Water and First Streets.
