Beautifully engraved antique stock certificate from the New York, Pittsburg and Chicago Construction Company dating back to the 1880's. This document, which is signed by three company Trustees, was printed by the Jordan Stationery Company, and measures approximately 12" (w) by 11 1/4" (h).

The company was formed to construct, equip and operate railroads, canals and bridges.
The company was involved with the Darlington Cannel Coal Railroad, which was eventually conveyed to the Pittsburgh, Marion and Chicago Railway.
