The Motor Cooling Systems Company was incorporated in Delaware in 1916. The company was based in Baltimore, Maryland and had sales offices in the Conway Building in Chicago.
The company patented a auto motor cooling system that was marketed as the "Perfection Water Circulator." The product was guaranteed to keep the user's engine from boiling over whether operating in mud, sand, steep hills or continued running at low or high gear.
The company's simple device used the pressure of a little of the exhaust gas to keep the cooling water flowing at a rate proportionate to the speed of the engine, and so maintained an equal and adequate temperature.
The company also manufactured switches, push buttons, battery connectors and other specialties.
