The Eagle Metallic Copper Company was incorporated In Belvidere,New Jersey and had operations near Charmian, Pennsylvania.
The company, which was financed by Allentown capitalists, owned over 500 ore-rich acres in the area.
In 1913, the company merged with the Linganore Copper Company to form the United Mining, Milling and Copper Smelting Company.
