Beautifully engraved antique stock certificate from the General Washington Mining Company dating back to the early 1900's. This document, which is signed by the company President and Secretary, was printed by the Smith-Brooks Printing Co. and measures approximately 10 1/4" (w) by 6 1/4" (h).
Very hard to find piece with a fantastic full color vignette of George Washington, as well as a second vignette featuring a mining scene.

The General Washington Mining Company was incorporated in Pierre, South Dakota.
The company , which had offices in Goldfield, Nevada, owned a 13 acre land patent in the Goldfield District, Esmeralda County.
