Historical Context
The United Reproducers Corporation was incorporated in New Jersey on August 25, 1928 - acquiring the entire business of Newcombe-Hawley, Inc. (organized in 1924,) and the United Radio Corporation (organized in 1922.)
Less than a year later, the company was merged with the Buckeye Incubator Company and the Precision Products Company to form a re-organized United Reproducers Corp.
The company manufactured Courier, Electrostatic, Kylectron and Peerless radios.
The company went out of business in 1931, their agent in Denmark, Skjold Petersen & Company took over the Peerless name and brand. They later became Peerless Fabrikkerne A/S.
