Nicely engraved stock certificate from American Locker Company, Inc. dating back to the 1940's. This document, which was printed by the Franklin-Lee Division of the American Bank Note Company, carries the printed signatures of the company President and Treasurer, and measures approximately 12 1/8" (w) by 7 3/4" (h).
This certificate features an underprint of a map of the United States with a woman in front of some lockers superimposed. An an eagle on a crag appears at the top of the piece.
