Gold Park Consolidated Mines was incorporated in California on December 28, 1903.
The company owned fifty-two claims in the Twentynine Palms District, four miles south of the oasis. Some of the holdings were in San Bernardino County, others were just south of the line in Riverside County. Major groups developed were the Atlanta, Black Warrior, Boss, Caladonia, Gold Park No. 1, No. 2, and No. 27, and Oro copio.
