Nicely engraved antique stock certificate from the Knox Divide Mining Company dating back to the 1910's and 1920's. This document, which has been signed by the company Vice President and Secretary, was printed by the Broun-Green Company and measures approximately 11 1/2" (w) by 8 1/4" (h).

The Knox Divide Mining Company was incorporated in Nevada on March 20, 1919. Previously, it was known as the High Divide Annex Mining Company.
The company owned 10 claims on over 100 acres adjoining the High Divide on the north face of Gold Mountain in Esmeralda County.
