Intricately engraved antique stock certificate from the Malvern and Camden Railway Company dating back to the early 1900's. This document was printed by Goes and measures approximately 11" (w) by 8 1/4" (h).
This certificate features a great vignette of a train steaming down the tracks.

Historical Context
The Malvern and Camden Railway was incorporated in Arkansas on June 3, 1911 to build a line from Malvern in Hot Springs County southward through the counties of Hot Spring, Dallas and Ouachita to the city of Camden. The line was porjected to be approximately 60 miles in length.
Though incorporated under the Malvern and Camden Railway name, the company was a subsidiary of the Rock Island Lines.
