The Shasta May Blossom Copper Co., Consolidated was incorporated in Arizona on May 26, 1903 as a reoriganization of the Shasta May Blossom Mining & Smelting Company.
The company operated the Keith group of 18 claims which covered over 300 acres and was just 800 feet from the Bully Hill mine in Shasta County, California. The mine office was located in Winthrop.
By 1917, the company was down to two employees.
