The Peoples-First National Bank of Hoosick Falls was originally chartered in Hoosick Falls, Rennselaer County, New York in 1880 as the National Bank of Hoosic Falls.
In 1931, the bank merged with the Peoples National Bank to form the Peoples-First National Bank of Hoosic Falls.
In 1955, the bank was merged into the the National Commercial Bank and Trust Company of Albany.
