The Maricopa, Ventura and Los Angeles Pipe-Line Company was incorporated in November of 1912 in California. The company's properties were known as the Maricopa-Midway oil fields, located in Kern, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.
The company also controlled the Guaranty Oil Company and the Lucky Boy Oil Company through ownership of 75% of each company's capital stock.
